"The staff was very nice, however the rooms are worn/dated and the listing stated they had an airport shuttle when they do not. I could have gotten there by public bus but I never received any information, despite asking. "

"Room was clean and tidy which is what you expect. Staff very helpful, polite, and willing to help. Stayed to go to Harry Potter world which is literally over the fence but a little drive. Plenty of parking Breakfast really good. Enjoyed Burger in the evening.Bar is amazing, enjoyed loads of swimming which is added bonus than staying in hotel which dosnt have a pool would stay again for sure."

"I was really disappointed about the bath in my room was not draining well it takes ages to drain, after draining the bath would be dirty from the water that was draining. Not a happy customer hope things would improve. Staff was really professional and very nice "
