"Our stay at the Surf & Sand Resort was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hospitality was exceptional, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to the manager, who went above and beyond by upgrading us to a premium oceanfront room. We had originally booked a standard oceanfront room, but because my husband has difficulty walking, they thoughtfully moved us to a room that was much more convenient. That act of kindness made such a difference and meant more to us than words can express. The room was absolutely immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and the breathtaking ocean views were unforgettable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job, and every detail reflected the pride they take in the resort. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend the Surf & Sand Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Laguna Beach."
