"The towels in our room didn’t appear clean, which was concerning right away. We also booked expecting the advertised spring promotion with free parking, but that offer wasn’t honored during our stay. The overall condition of the property was very run down. The carpet in the walkways leading to the rooms is coming up from the floor and feels like a tripping hazard. Inside the room, everything felt outdated and poorly maintained—some of the wood flooring was coming apart and even patched with duct tape, which looked very unprofessional, especially for what was supposed to be one of their best room options."

Beautiful property, large clean rooms, tasty free breakfast, amazing pool and so services. I had the best massage of my life. Right across from Victoria beach. I love this hotel and will definitely be back!"
