"Stayed for days in preparation for my company Alert the Globe to live broadcast the yearly High Hopes Foundations’ event on July 13. We’ve donated our crew and time to help the foundation. The crew here at Hyatt Newport Beach are simply the best. For 11 years we’ve been doing this for the foundation here and I must say, these people are there for us. "

"The add specifically said 2 bathrooms.When we checked in we immediately called the host and told him the there is only one bathroom which to get to you have to go through the bedroom. Host was surprised it said that and I forwarded him what the posting said. They made the correction but never offered any rebate or discount. I would assume advertising 2 bathrooms only to find out there is one would merit that since it was an inconvenience and I wouldn’t have rented this place if I knew this was the case. Other than that it was as advertised"
"Overall I would say the location is very nice and close to the pier which was convenient . The house was located on the main roadway which I didn’t like and the parking listed says SUVs can fit and that was not accurate. The only car capable of parking in the spot provided has to be a compact/ small vehicle. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest either but not horrible. Also wasn’t a huge fan of the check in process and getting charged additional money for my dogs to come. When I booked the place it says pet friendly and then after we pay and are already at the residence we are told we have to pay an additional 500 for each dog. That upset me and the price was ultimately dropped to a lower price, however this should be told prior to booking the place. Overall we didn’t have a horrible experience but I probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid. "
