Absolutely amazing.

The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

Excellent experience. The breakfast was awesome, probably the best I have experienced. The staff were efficient. Rooms showing there age but very comfortable The location is quite special with the mall and Sentral station KLIA. I would recommend.

Staff was excellent and super friendly. Amazing food. Room beautiful and very clean

Staff were all amazing and helpful, rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was awesome. My family felt very happy here.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and highly recommended. We stayed in a Grand suite. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the Twin Towers. The Club Lounge was one of the best we’ve enjoyed, with great attentive service without being pretentious. The breakfast was immense with so many choices and daily rotations, again with amazing views. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of KLCC park, Bukit Bintang and transport. The staff were all excellent, but a special...

The location of this property could not have been better for dining options, shopping, and transport. All staff were always cheerful and helpful. My bed was incredibly comfortable. I hope to return.

I didn't fly out until late in the evening. The hotel was very accommodating.

Loved everything about this relarively new property. The bedroom design and layout are outstanding, featured a sleek, modern decor and pleasant furnishings that instantly make you feel relaxed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of different choices every morning. Location great, easy walk to Jalon Alor, staff pleasant, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Central place in Petaling Jaya area, it is walking distance undercover to 1Utama. Facilities at MWorld are world class from breakfast, M Lounge, pool and a full gym.

Travelled with family and stayed in the 2 Bedroom Executive suite—city view —spectacular sunset, night view of the city and Petronas Twin Towers. The food was excellent, and the staff were respectful and always available to assist.

Excellent location, service and facilities. Made our trip memorable 💖

We stayed 2 nights at EQ Kuala Lumpur and it was one of the best hotel experiences that we’ve had. The layout of the hotel is well designed with an immaculate interior. Our room was great quality, spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff at EQ were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers plenty of quality food choice including Nipah and Bottega which both had great food and ambience. I would highly recommend EQ. Thanks again EQ for making our stay so memorable and...

Excellent hotel for solo travellers. Very good location, next to a big shopping mall. Situated centrally in Kelana Jaya and getting a cab is very easy.
