It’s a bad news first. When we checked in, I asked a question or two of a lung haired, gray haired lady who was on the front desk. She was so rude that all the customers in line just had a “oh my gosh“ look on their face later the other woman apologized to me for the first woman’s behavior. This hotel is way overpriced. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The brick was fair all in all I would never stay here again.

The hotel was quite disappointing. The property looked noticeably older and more worn than it appeared in the pictures. More importantly, if you accidentally leave something behind, don’t expect to get it back easily. Communication and follow-through were very disappointing. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere, especially if cleanliness and reliable lost-and-found service are important to you
