Clean room, staff is VERY friendly, love the breakfast, it’s a real breakfast, and the balcony was so nice, it was great to sit out and listen to the water running in the creek.

Loved the location of this hotel. Sitting on the deck or outside our room on the patio, enjoying the sound of the river, was so relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was great! Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Kids loved playing in the river. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you!

Staying by the river was so relaxing. You couldn't ask for a better hotel staff. Susan was so helpful and friendly. Everyone else was too, but Susan really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

This hotel is always our favorite hotel. We love the balcony that over looks the river. The rooms are comfortable. The beds are good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the balcony on the river. Very serene but truck traffic on road across the river was loud & every 15-20 minutes. Also, I requested a shower chair ( health issues) Staff would not furnish!!?? Suggest disabled to book elsewhere.

This was the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived we loved everything. The room was nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the water view. Breakfast was the best I've ever has at any Best Western hotel. Delicious and beautifully displayed. We have already decided there will be another trip and stay here.

A hidden gem!! A wonderful hotel along the river. Just a short little drive to downtown Dillsboro. Dillsboro offered a great brewery, pizza spot, nice steakhouse and an incredible Bbq restaurant. We stayed 5 nights. I had to make 2 reservations to accommodate the five nights. The first night I paid for a balcony room but was very disappointed they put us on the first floor. The rest of the trip we were on the 3rd floor. Great views of the river, wildlife and canoers. Breakfast was mediocre, but average for a free breakfast. Jessie, one of the receptionist, was very helpful. We will be back.

A nice property in a good position. It was clean and staff helpful. It has aged though and the carpet, small bathroom, decor and unusual smells upon entering the room felt dated. The gym was underwhelming with some of the equipment not working. The breakfast bar needed a much broader selection of food and additional staff to support the one lady working there. Maintenance work on the property seemed to a good standard in general and was noticeable, it just needs a facelift to shine.

It was a very clean hotel and friendly staff. I would prefer that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap was attached lower in the shower because it is difficult to reach for shorter people (and kids). We will return for a future stay.
