"I was trying to select the box for Other, but my phone was not allowing me to do that. What we didn’t like was that there was no toilet paper in the room, and we had to ask for it. The staff was not welcoming - they communicated in the bare minimum way. The Mexican restaurant next-door was only for takeout, not dine in. But the room was clean, and we did feel safe. It was OK."

"We loved staying here. It’s wasn’t as secluded as I thought from pictures but it was very quiet with great views. Super close to crystal mountain “eye of god”, which is beautiful and a great kid friendly hike. The house was clean and very cozy. Can’t wait to go back in the winter."

"Property was very clean and cozy. Was a blast from the past to be able to play Pac-Man and Dig Dug! Owner was very communicative, check in/out process was super easy. They even provided a few sleds for use (even though snow had all melted before our stay). Definitely recommend!"

"I must say I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this cottage. Check in was easy, the cabin was clean, plenty towels ,bedding, cookware. There is no laundry facility as noted in amenities. There were a few cracks in the floor tiles, which was no big deal to me. I had my own DVD's for living living room TV. The grounds could have used some attention. My only issue was the faucet in the Shower dripped continuous. The faucet handles could use some replacement. I will be staying here upon my return to Big Bear."
