"I appreciated the upgrade I received after an overly-zealous guest rudely cut me off while I was departing the shuttle bus to check in. The guest was apparently in a hurry to get to the bar. I was exhausted and mentioned the guest’s rudeness to the clerk. Thanks for the extremely comfortable room!"

"Its a good option for an Airport hotel with an excellent breakfast offering. Convenient location if you need to overnight to catch an early flight. Staff were very pleasant and checkin was fast. Rooms could be a bit larger however, not a deal breaker. Dining options are limited as the restaurants in this sections seems to have closed since the Covid epedemic. Overall good value hotel."

"Excellant location for Frankfurt Messe and hence always easy to find a taxi. Breakfast was superb both in quality and variety. Dinner menu a little limited but there are many good places to choose to eat something different within easy walking distance. Only slight negative would be a lack of USB charging outlets in bedrooms. That said bedrooms are large, clean, comfortable and plenty of hot water for shower etc. Would definitely stay there again."
