"Been to FRA dozens & dozens of times, and never stayed here; this will be my next default location for all future trips! You can't beat the location and the views, the staff is fantastic and it really is just a great solution - even with a family."

"Preis-Leistung war nicht ganz so angemessen. Etwas teuer, dafür, dass es nicht sauber genug war. Die Klimaanlage war außerdem sehr laut. Das Frühstück war dafür aber sehr gut. Parken kostet 30€, was für mich vorher bei der Buchung nicht so ersichtlich war und was, finde ich, auch zu teuer ist. Für Familien ist das Hotel aber gut geeignet, wenn man ein Hotel mitten in Frankfurt sucht und zB zur Messe möchte."

"Wir waren sehr begeistert von unserem Apartment. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen (gemütliches großes Bett, TV, Küche, schönes Bad) und gleichzeitig war das Zimmer super stylisch eingerichtet. Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Super fanden wir auch, dass wir direkt kostenlos an der Straße parken konnten, während man bei anderen Hotels in der Stadt mindestens 15€ für eine Nacht bezahlt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hat uns direkt Tipps gegeben."

However, we did have a couple issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. First, the self check-in is great! But is behind a locked door... "Bold Hotel Frankfurt is a very well renovated apart-style hotel located in the suburbs 5 minutes away from an S-bahn and tram system. The single studio that I stayed it was absolutely excellent as it came with a very modern design and quite spacious, coming with an extra bonus of the studio kitchen. (the pictures actually don't do it justice, the room was bigger than my student accommodations!) One big gripe one would argue is the lack of air conditioning, which might be a must in the summer...

"It was nice and self contained, the staff were really friendly. A bit noisy being right next to a school playground and the wifi was a bit sporadic, other than that, very good"

"This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” "

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."

"There is good and bad. The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly! The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it. My "intimate" balcony room was very small, so much so that you can only open the balcony door about 1 foot because the it runs into the bed. Some of the dishes were dirty and the...
