"This property is beautiful inside and out. The trees are stunning! We took many wonderful family photos of the kids in them. The kids caught small fish off the dock day in and out. We caught a fair number of crabs that were keepers. The hosts were incredibly fast in their responses. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfy and the natural light in the house is beautiful. We really loved the screened in sun room, the breeze was pretty much constant and it made for a great place for cousins to come to visit and play games for some down-time. We will stay here again I am sure."

"Great communication! And she was super flexible and let us check in early! I found the unit very clean and also well stocked with cleaning supplies which always makes it easier to keep it nice and de clutteredWe love Frisco and Avon and getting away from the big crowd, so Frisco is perfect for us! We had a great holiday and a great vacation and I would highly recommend this spot!"

"Loved this house because it is tucked away and private. We love to fish from kayaks so wanted something on the water. This one is BUT it is difficult to get in and out. The bottom is thick muck about a foot deep. We had to get really creative to use the kayaks. It looks like there play be plans for adding a dock which would be great. Loved the homey feel of the house and the rock tile in the showers. The dishes were a little sparse but I think it is a brand new rental so I’m sure stuff will get added. Just be aware the driveway is tight for larger vehicles. We had a large SUV and a trailer and we made it work but it was tight. Huge porch is nice. Would have been 5 stars if it had a dock for launching kayaks. "
