Room was spotless and cozy. Free coffee in lobby. Hotel was quiet, peaceful and located in a beautiful spot. Lovely 20-minute walk into village.

The room and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well manicured, the staff at the front desk was super cool and helped me with using pre paid cards for the payment. "The Treehouse"/studio in oaks. Ocean 6+min. walk
This was an amazing stay! John was a great host and was so helpful with recommendations for the area. The treehouse was super cute and relaxing. Perfect little place to relax and enjoy the views and bird sounds. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great little place from which to enjoy Avila Beach. Just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, yet just far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and in great condition. Easy in and easy out.
