. Very efficient and friendly staff. One young male member of staff gave a recommendation of a local cocktail served at the hotel. It was very good. He also helped with explaining about the tickets for a train journey I had booked. The red decor of the room we stayed in was a bit oppressive but it didn’t spoil our stay: minor gripe. "

"We are returning guests. Maison Mignardise is a rare gem, that we can recommend to anyone. The property itself is beautiful and clean, and well located just a few minutes' walk from the medieval city, where there are many good restaurants. In the common areas, there is a living room with balcony, with a view of the medieval city. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided (or one can purchase wine and local beer). The beds are very comfortable, the rooms seem recently renovated, the water pressure...

"What a find! What the accomodation lacks in modernity, it more than makes up for in size of rooms, cleanliness, the MOST comfortable beds, facilities (including a

and steam room) and self catering amenities. But what sets this place apart, is the most incredible breakfast - we have never had such choice and quality!!! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff also deserves a big mention. Would definitely look at returning!"

"The hotel is quite basic. Good if you are not going to use the facilities much or if it is a passing hotel. Despite this, it has a swimming

and several supermarkets, a shopping center and several fast food nearby. But to see the city you will need a vehicle. I didn't see any transportation options. Just the right size for two adults and one child. Comfortable bed. Kettle. The shower is very slippery."
