"Had to wait over 15 minutes to check in. Called the hotel’s phone number but was on hold. When the desk clerk became unavailable she stated her apologies that she was upstairs. She needs a portable phone in order to “help” the staff and be available when guests arrive. Checking out again no clerk just left keys and departed as I know my charges was already in my card."

"Its probably the cheapest motel in southeastern Mass. so if your looking for a cheap place to crash, this is it. Unlike many othet cheap motels Ive stayed at, I haven't winessed any crime, drugs or prostitution here in my 20+ stays. Overall, its really not that bad. Youll probably pay 4x the amount at mist other places in southeastern Mass."

"It was nice to have many TV channels, the bed was good, and I liked the floor. I liked the shower as well. I think the quality of the bathrooms can improve. The seats seems dirty. But overall it is a good place to stay in Framingham. Thank you"

"The Inn was nice. It was clean and was perfect for our one-night stop. However, the shower was outdated, and the porcelain was chipped in places. We reserved a king- bed room months ago, but when we arrived, we were informed that we were issued a double room instead, despite the fact we called in earlier during the day to confirm our reservation! The staff who greeted us was friendly. "

"This is a roadside motel, with rooms around $50. For $50, you get a door with 3 locks, new sinks, a good bed, and air conditioning. The service was exceptional and I felt safe. If you are a nervous person, or get frightened by weird motel guests, then pay 3x the price and stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for. While the motel was nice, Hotels.com could not have been more of a pain. Website didn't work with my gift-card, waited 90 minutes on hold, for someone from a 3rd party call...
