"Very disappointed. Was told to check out there was going to be a continental breakfast from 6 to 9 AM. At 8:30 AM going out I found five package danishes in plastic wrap, some small orange juice, carton, containers and coffee from a pump. That’s it. No fruit. Not even oatmeal that you make with hot water. The room itself was OK. I think we were given an ADA room so the layout was odd in the bathroom strikingly sparse with nowhere to even set your toothbrush down. Best part of the hotel was the In-N-Out parking under the building."

"I was here for a business meeting, and this property is exceptional. It is across the street from Harvard Business School and extremely comfortable. It is very easy to get in and out with ride-sharers, and it's just a stone's throw away from Harvard Square and the subway as well. The staff was extremely accommodating, which I appreciated. We'll definitely return and stay again on a future trip."

"Nice location, king deluxe had nice size but really loud AC and shower is a tub over renovation so it was wobbly and strange to stand in. The restaurant ‘Lucien’ had a surprisingly good breakfast. I’d stay here again."

"Overall, it was a good experience to be in neighborhood location. A location that is centered around many of the places we needed to access for my son's graduation. The only thing that was disappointing is that I did not see (or may have not been obvious on the listing, is that these units are not contiguous with the main property and did not have elevator accommodations. I was informed of this after we made payment of the reservation. I want to be clear, that I would stay here again, and these only minor inconveniences, but when traveling with an 87-year-old person, it would have been helpful to see that stated more clearly upfront."

"Check in set the tone. This guy - southerner - pins up/down each lapel was simply mean. We had a full week of hotels jumping every night and twice people said "you are our favourite check-in today', as we are kind, funny, and take time to respect our check-in person. This guy was the worst and set the tone. He said "if you want to hear the exact same thing from my manager, I can get him and he'll repeat these same words". We didn't even know why he was saying that, or why being cruel at check-in would accomplish anything. So, we go to our rooms feeling defeated before we start."
