delightfully surprised when we got to our room super comfortable beds and very very quiet on a saturday night retro feel but everything from the shower to the linens etc were great staff were helpful friendly and kind

It's our second stay here. We had a great room with a good king size bed and everything we may need. Even though I had messed up my reservation, the staff was helpful and accommodating. It's also pet friendly. Given how expensive hotels are around Concord, the Minuteman Inn is a great alternative and very reasonably priced.

Nice clean room, convenient location, decor, furnishings, and bathroom fixturing is dated, but in good condition. Will be staying again as it’s a very affordable room with super comfortable beds, cold AC, WiFi, microwave, fridge, and a TV. Was worried it would be noisy as it’s close to a main road, but it was super quiet and I slept like a rock.

This is a clean 1 Star motel. Although under the Wyndham namesake, this is a very simple setup best for a one-night stay with single or double queen beds and a bathroom. The services are quite minimal with limited front desk hours and basic cleaning. There are no food services and no amenities on the property. Local services such as restaurants, shops, etc. need to be driven to for access. Staff (if you see them) are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean; AC works great; bathroom are very clean but need repair; no carpeting; and parking is in front of your room. Note that access to the rooms requires two steps up with no ADA access noted. Yes, I would stay here again.

It was fine for the price, the bathroom smelled of urine though and although the room looked ok, the refrigerator was not clean on the inside and the bathroom needed some work beyond the smell. The cooling unit was old as well. The grounds are well kept and they seem to have Solar energy which was cool. Would I stay again, probably not, but it absolutely did the job for the price

This is a very basic motel, but the room and bath were clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought we got good value for the money. We were traveling with our EV and it was super convenient to be able to charge overnight, but I have to say the price was the highest I’ve ever paid for a slow charge and we didn’t even need a full charge-up.

The living area of the room appeared to be relatively updated so we selected this property. When we arrived, it was certainly a good photographer. The bathroom is small, dirty and not updated. It’s the kind of place you do not want to take your shoes off, showering included
