"I did not try the breakfast but the room was lovely and clean however there were 2 annoying lights one near the door and another in the bathroom that could not be shut off. I like many people need a dark room"

"We were given a “Murphy bed” because the hotel was “overbooked”. Every time we moved, the springs creaked and woke us up. When I mentioned something about it at the front desk, we were told that many other people had complained about it. The room was outrageously expensive for such poor quality. There was an adjoining room to ours and you could hear people coughing and talking much too easily. We will not stay there again. "

"The room was clean and the property well kept. We expected the restaurant to be open for business but it wasn't. Not sure if this was temporary or permanent though. "

"I am highly disappointed in the help of the front staff. The hotel reimbursed my parents and other parents who had rooms for Saturday, 5/9/2026. The hotel refused to give me my money back for that night stay when hotels.com called and asked them. The women at the desk had told me that my reimbursement should be no problem hotels.com called and your hotel refused to give me my money back."
