There are tons of great restaurants, including Pascal & Sabine which is situated in the lobby of the building. Shopping, cafes, salons, surf shops and all of AP's funky seaside charm is within steps of your front door. This duplex includes 1.5 inviting bedrooms with a cozy queen bed in the large master bedroom, luxury murphy bed in office space (den) + pull out sofa bed in the living space. The 2 bathrooms are stocked with essentials like hotel quality towels and products, plus a rainfall shower. In addition to the comfortable living room and convenient open kitchen space, guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, central heating and AC. Gated parking space included. Our beautiful and peaceful retreat is perfect for a Summer rental (June 15-Sept 15) making your time in AP one to remember.
