My husband and I love the Empress. It is located right across from the beach and the boardwalk and the Pinball museum. We took a day and use the pool and it was fantastic. The people that work there are very kind and easy to talk to. We stay there about four times a year and never had a bad experience and the place is clean.

Incredible location, so close to the stone pony and the beach. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. There was a crack in the ceiling and sink made weird noises after being on for a minute and the toilet kept running, but great location. Would stay again

This place is so fun and every staff person we met was so happy and helpful. I would recommend staying here if you are open to having fun and being around happy people. The only downfall to the room was no mini fridge.

This is a wonderful hotel. Kristen, the manager, is so friendly, helpful, and professional! We really enjoy talking to her, and we applaud the job she has done . . . for two decades! The rooms are immaculate, the pool is sparking clean, and the happy, inclusive vibe is really welcoming. We are so delighted to have found this hotel! We have stayed here three summers in a row . . . and we look forward to many more visits. Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable!

This hotel is wonderful in many ways. Location: right across from the boardwalk that leads to a great beach, right across from three wonderful places to eat and drink ( The Watermark, Cousin's Maine Lobster and Lili's. The Staff: So welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping is on target and very helpful. The pool: Lively, pristine and fun! Fun evenings: Drag Bingo, Drag Queen Wars...so fun and they are so talented! Special thanks to Michael and Collin at the front desk!

I have stated here often and the property is consistently run well. Housekeeping is great .Yhe pool is very nice with lots of chairs and a bar where you can get a drink for $11. Shout out to Kristen at the front desk who is super nice and helpful . I requested a mini fridge and it was in the room , Fun to chat with and learn about the area rest.etc Steps from the beach . Reasonable . Highly recommend

The location was excellent and they have a monitored parking lot for guests. A little confusing to find the main entrance of the hotel. I finally found it after walking around the whole perimeter. Nice staff clean room. Pool looked nice but too cold to swim in May.

Our go to Hotel while in Asbury Park, NJ. Great comfortable stay always, excellent customer service, clean rooms & facilities. The club is epic 😉 along with the Pool Side Service with Tiki’s Bars fully stocked 🍹‼️ Was there for the Nite with David Lee Roth Concert 🎵 at the Stone Pony, and it’s was fantastic! Proximity to the beach and boardwalk were great. I knew there was a nightclub downstairs, but I didn't expect it to carry up to our room (3rd floor) SO much. Even with earplugs, I couldn't really fall asleep until the music stopped around 2 AM. They also have nowhere to hold bags if you arrive early, or need a place to put them after checking out. No beach chairs, no beach badges, only towels. If you are going to party until 2 AM, then this is the place to stay.
