"This is our second time at this property and works well because we are 4 families with children. The rug was dirty and some of the mattress pads were stained (gross). Maybe it was because it was the end of the season? We also had to buy propane for the grill. It is a good location for the beach, boardwalk, church and Hoffmans. You do hear hotel noise across the street."

"The home was cozy, welcoming and the neighborhood was friendly. The privacy in the back yard was a plus and we really enjoyed the separation that the home allowed us with our children. Our littles were close to the Master while our older two had their own little space on a lower level. Cooking was simple as everything we needed to prepare dinner was provided. "We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us."

"We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was friendly, talkative, present and available when needed. This is an older property with dated rooms, however our bathroom was recently renovated and nice, and they are in the process of updating the rooms. We found our room to be clean and sufficient for a place to sleep and shower. The furnature is old and in disrepair but again, they are updating all of that and were working on several rooms while we were there. There are what appeared to be long term...
