"The beds were nice and firm. It's hard to find hotels with beds that are supportive for the back. Spacious rooms and nice staff. Parking could be challenging on the weekends but public parking is totally doable. "

"It would be helpful if we could have checked in at an earlier time. You lose a whole day with a 4 PM check in time. The cleaners were still at the house when we were able to get into the house at 4. The kitchen was well stocked and functional."
"Property Manager was very kind, and helpful. Check was very smooth, and the house was very clean and items such as dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, kitchen tableware, etc. were provided. I was also able to check in earlier a PLUS. I rate this an overall 10!!!!"
"We had a wonderful time in this house. Enough space to satisfy all the needs of our family. Each group had their own bathroom. All the kids loved the small first floor room with TV. Convenient to the beach. Easy walk even for the little ones. Obviously recently renovated or newly built. Owner responded quickly to communications.I don't hesitate to give an A review. Our Belmar vacation will be remembered by everyone."
"It was a great place to stay. very close to the beach, but you get what you pay for. the shower wasn’t in the best shape and there was sand everywhere but besides that it was good. would definitely stay there again "
