There is a taxi queue outside the hotel so getting to the Peace Memorial (or anywhere else) is very easy. In a great spot amongst some really good izakaya eateries, and with easy internal access to the 7-Eleven next door. 15 minutes walk to Peace Park, 20 minutes-ish walk to Hiroshima JR Station. It was a central enough walk to what we needed. Loved how you could see the status of their laundry room usage from our TV menu. Wasn't too bothered by the sink being in the bedroom, but would prefer more hooks closer to the bathroom. Helpful and attentive staff...

"We really liked this studio apartment. The room was really clean and neat. There was plenty of beds, two queens and two single bunks which is hard to find in Japan. We were a little further out of the main area of Hiroshima but it was still walkable and felt the cleanliness of the hotel was worth being a little further out for. There’s a 7/11 across from the apartment and a really cool place just across the road that made an amazing Okonomiyaki. This apartment was well worth it for the price"
