This hotel is pricey for what it offers. While the views are stunning, the rooms feel outdated, reminiscent of the 80s. It's quite isolated from the city, limiting dining choices, and meals at the on-site restaurants can be costly. On the upside, it's conveniently close to Miyajima Island, although reaching the island from Hiroshima port is just as feasible. Keep in mind, it's about a 40-minute bus journey from Hiroshima Station.

This hotel has wonderful staff, is very clean and has a variety of options for meals. It's got a great Onsen, and the views of the bay and harbour are magnificent. We loved staying there, and would go there again. It's a bit far from town, but there is a daytime shuttle to the train stations, so not bad. The fast boat to Miyajima Island is really great, too and saves so much time.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Shuttle bus was a very nice perk. Breakfast was delicious! Rooms were spacious with a gorgeous view. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Hotel per se was excellent. Food service was limited and chaotic. Except for the tiny one in the lobby, the nearest convenience store is a fifteen minute walk, and the nearest shopping area twice that far.

The Grand Prince Hiroshima is perfect if you want to visit both Hiroshima and Miyajama Island, as the ferry service departs from the hotel. It offers four restaurants with stunning views of the city and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend if you plan on visiting and want to feel a little removed from the main city, as it is nestled into Ujina Park which makes it feel like a resort.
