We were not the hotel much the two days we were in Hiroshima, but we found it to be nice and clean. When we needed assistance the staff was very helpful. Like that the location was so close to Hiroshima Station.

We found the location really good for access to the castle and Memorial Park & museum which were all in walking distance. It was also only a short walk from the station which made arriving and leaving straightforward. The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall staying here helped ensure we had a very enjoyable time in Hiroshima.
