"The price was amazing for what you get. I was concerned about the room size but it was spacious and comfortable for my family of 4. The amenity bar in the lobby provided everything we needed and they gave us a super cute kid amenity set upon check in. The staff was accommodating and kindly allowed us an additional hour for check out since a couple of my family members were feeling sick. They offered umbrellas as we exited since it was raining. A small thing that bothered me was that the staff would let me start the check in process until 3pm. My husband was feeling sick and we had to wait in the lobby. She would even let me fill out the hotel registration. So at 3pm, there was now a line to check in which caused a longer wait. It wouldn't have been a big deal if my husband wasn't feeling sick but we really wanted to get to our room ASAP. At 3, we checked in at the front desk and went straight to our room which was lovely. I loved the use of space and the large bathroom. I stayed 2 separate one night stays and the 2n time, the front desk agent let me begin the check in process before 3pm, however, they did not provide a kid amenity this time. They held out luggage for us while we went to Miyajima overnight. They were prompt to bring our luggage out when we returned for that 2nd stay. The coffee shop on the ground florlor was excellent too. I would totally stay here again and if fact, would be interested in trying their other properties around Japan. "

"Great hotel and location. The room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom was beautiful with shower and separate tub. Breakfast was big with lots of choices(Japanese and western) and was located on a high floor with a view! Easy check in/out and luggage service. Conveniently located across the street from the station and a 711 downstairs as well. "

"The property is great, comfortable for our family of four. Well located in a quiet neighborhood with access to caffès, restaurants and convenience stores, also near to the Peace Memorial Park. We also like the minimalist style. The only downside is there is a lot dust around the apartment."

"This was a clean and comfortable hotel. The location is great, about halfway between the station and the atomic bomb memorial park. It was easy to walk to restaurants, with an especially tasty Izakaya across the street."
