"Location was very good. Lots of shops, restaurants and transportation right around the corner. The staff were very responsive bringing me an extra pillow, fixed the air conditioner within minutes(new battery). Always a smile."

"This hotel is very quiet and sits in a pleasant neighborhood, a short walk from Peace Memorial Park. The facility is meticulously maintained by an attentive, professional staff, and check-in was easy and seamless, even for an English speaker. I am from the United States and have never stayed at a hotel with such cleanliness and thoughtful arrangements. When I was arriving late because of my own booking mistake, the staff reached out to confirm my late arrival. Later, when I asked to extend my stay even though my room was already booked, they went out of their way to help me. My compliments to Aya, whom I had the pleasure of meeting. She arranged a smooth transfer to an adjacent room and went above and beyond to help. In decades of travel around the world, I have never experienced this level of attention and personal kindness. What an exceptional staff and a wonderful boutique hotel. I hope to return soon. 5 stars."

"Great location- easy to find with clear instructions provided. Near to Peace Memorial Park, Orizuru Tower (highly recommend for views from the roof and able to return for free in the evening). Number 2 tram nearby takes you to Miyajimaguchi ferry terminal). Modern and clean accommodation- washing machine and drying facilities a real bonus. Really enjoyed our stay."
