"What is so unique about this property is the fact that it is very clean and upscale. What I don’t like about the property is the front desk staff. They seem always overworked and stressed. This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. Some minor issues, sink drain was a bit plugged so it drained very slowly, shower floor (fiberglass) creaked a lot when standing on it, and coffee and tea in the lobby was only available from 3-10pm. Very nice area and easy short walk to Tokyo station. Walkable to the famous Ginza and to the palace gardens."
