"We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. "

We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. "The location was great and the bed was comfortable. However the room was dark and small with no windows. The shower leaked a great deal. Opening the door with your phone was annoying."
