"Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future"

"Great location, very clean, and very quiet. Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation to explore Newport. The Cliff Walk and Mansions are walkable. The Tennis Hall of Fame with its grass courts just seconds away is a great area to relax and watch tennis. The grocery store is also next door which is ideal. Just a great place to stay!"
