"Good area, quiet, the house felt homy, easily accessed. Very nice host. Central to everything we needed. Good hard if you are traveling with a dog. We had a good stay here and would rent again. "

"Place was comfy, spacious and quiet. There are 2 living area for you to kickback, enjoy and watch some TV. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. There's plenty of parking space on the property and off street parking. Only couple minutes from downtown Providence, which made it supper easy for us to go visit. Only downside was the place didn't have any towels or towel hangers for when you're done taking a shower. Luckily for us, we always travel with our own towels. Since, it's a new listing, maybe...

"Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Stayed four nights and there was a bad smell. Apparently it was the open plumbing or sewer lines. Front door fell off the hinges See attached photos "

"This was a great place to stay and Jennifer was quick to respond and help with our questions. It's conveniently located, clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. "

"The quality of renovation of our unit was fabulous. Location is good but only get one resident parking permit which was a little inconvenient as we had two vehicles. There were just two negatives which are easily rectified. 1.Last two days, unit next door was occupied by a family with two dogs. Family went out during daytime leaving dogs to bark non-stop. I notified landlord but situation did not change. 2. I saw a couple of mice; one in our unit and one on stairs coming up to our unit."
