Rooms were clean and bright, on site bakery was lovely. Location perfect.

Thia hotel was excellent value for money and the room was spacious and well laid out. Parking for us was near the front entrance so couldnt be any closer. Easy walk into the city centre and also the lake side. Train and bus station about a 5min walk. Breakfast area is quite something with a very nice seating area and food selection was great. Yes i would come back and stay.

A great hotel at which to stay.

The Hotel L’Imperial Palace is in a great location next to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted us in arranging a private boat trip around Lake Annecy. Overall a perfect hotel stay.

Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. We loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine in the late afternoon watching the world go by below. Very close to the old part of Annecy. Was comfortable for a family of 4. Kitchen facilities worked well and supermarket is very close. Very happy with the hotel/apartment.

We only stay for one night, the hotel is close to ammenities a short walk to lake.

Hotel is well located with great restaurants in close proximity, parking made possible by the hotel.

Lovely hotel by the old town and close to the lake and park. Great friendly staff that want to ensure you are happy. Air conditioning, plenty of hot water and they supplied us with a kettle when we asked for one.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. The breakfast was extensive with cereals, yohurt many types of bread, retc with juices, teaand coffee. It was a short walk to all the main sights and attractions while having the railway close by meant that getting to chaminaux and Mont Blanc was easy. The staff were very couteous and helpful especially with my large bag both on arrival and departure. Keep up the good work.

Small clean room in a great location. We had an attic style room and we are both tall, so needed to watch our heads. Other than that, great place for a couple of nights in Annecy.
