Nice property in a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. Enough space for the 3 of us traveling together and sharing a room. Air conditioning was not working in all of the rooms so some others I traveled with were quite warm. They stored our luggage so we could be out of the room on time but still explore before we needed to get to the train station.

Comfortable, clean apartment if a little less spacious than anticipated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast a basic continental buffet. Walkable distance from train station even with big cases. On the edge of the old town near plenty of restaurants. Unfortunately the air con was not working while we were there. We did have a big fan that was too noisy to keep on while we slept and it was noisy outside with the window open. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

AC was out but they let us know at check-in and offered free breakfast. We went to get that breakfast but options were so minimal we went out instead. I was not able to sleep for more than a couple of hours each night as it was too warm. The fan provided didn’t do enough to outweigh how loud it was. I also didn’t expect to have to do our own trash and wash glasses for the price we paid. On the positive side, location is great.

Philippe was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped in. Knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. Hotel room was big and had a kitchen which was a nice surprise. Located easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the lake it was a great trip.

Great studio apartment perfect for one or two people. Kitchen tho small had everything needed for cooking simple meals. Clean bathroom including both a bath and shower so rare in hotels now that was an unexpected bonus. Location was perfect close to the station, old town and Lake

We have stayed at this property before - it is now called the Royal Annecy Privie Lodge - on arrival the receptionist was very professional and ensured that we understood everything about the property, we had reserved parking on site and had a room with a small balcony very welcome in the heat the bedroom equipped with small kitchen refrigerator and hob on suite bathroom. Everything was spotless and very accommodating. We were travelling with a small dog and they made us all feel welcome. There is a lift in this property The accommodation is a short walk to the lake and numerous shops cafes restaurants and bars all serving delicious food
