Staff were very cordial and helpful but the fact that I had no refrigerator made it difficult to store fresh produce in the room. However, they were kind enough to have these stored in their refrigerator at the reception area. The shower space was very less and I found it hard to comfortably shower.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet worth the cost. The room was small but comfortable. There was lots of hot water but the water pressure was a bit low. Great location in a beautiful city. We walked everywhere.

The hotel is in a good location, easy walk to everything, many restaurants around (highly recommend Cosy Pizza & Slake). It is a small, older building. The staff are very friendly. There is a very tiny elevator that holds about 2 people. The room is basic, bed, desk, wardrobe. There is airco, but we also requested a fan from front desk due to the heat. It is a bit old and dated but very clean. I have seen newer hotel rooms that did not appear as clean. The bathroom with shower was a good size. There are some small hotel toiletries: a small bar of soap and small bottles of hair/body gel. There is a blow dryer. There isn't coffee/tea or kettle. The bed was comfortable and we could not hear any noise from outside. It is within less than 10 minutes walking from the bus and train station. We stayed 2 nights. I was perfectly pleased with this hotel until upon reaching home, I found 6 red bites on my body. My research indicates they are likely bedbug bites. If they can get this sorted then this would be a decent hotel that I would recommend.

I LOVED the Hotel du Nord! Great location and even better front desk staff. They were so helpful and friendly and offered ideas for how to spend my time in annecy. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

I was looking for an affordable place to stay that was near the train station and walkable to old annecy and this was perfect! The desk service was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and had character. I world recommend if you're a solo traveler!

I spent two nights here and found the hotel excellent. As a solo traveller it was walkable from the station and conveniently situated for all facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room had everything I needed and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I especially appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the willingness of the staff to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and feel I was so lucky to have chosen it. I would definitely stay here again.
