"The property is located in central Annecy above a bakers with a locked access gate. The keys for the property are easily accessible from a security box on the front door of the flat. We loved our stay - renting bikes and hiking in the surrounding mountains - though the hike marked easy in the helpful book in the flat was quite hard. To have the guide though was great. Use of a washing machine was brilliant and thank you for leaving products for it! A great holiday - we will recommend you."

Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. "The apartment was in a great location in the center of everything Annecy. As we anticipated, parking was quite difficult until we could better understand the location and pricing on nearby parking lots. This also made the remote check-in and unloading our luggage upon arrival quite difficult. The apartment, while small, is well appointed and was a great home base for us. Pack earplugs, as you're in the middle of it all! Thanks for a great stay!"

"We loved the location of this property - a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of Annecy. Many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Large bathroom in the property was excellent but the washroom seemed to run low on hot water after only one shower - leaving someone showering second in a race to beat the cold water! One thing to note is that there was a bit of noise from the restaurant below - this wasn't a big issue for us but for someone who needed to sleep early...
