"We stayed in room 612. There was a king sized bed in the main living area and a queen sized bed in a separate room and a pull out couch in its own room. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was sooo small!!! The property was well kept and the pool and hot tub was so nice! My kids loved the game area too. Check in is at a different location."

This was our first time at Anna Maria Island and we will definitely be reaching out to Carolyn and AMI Luxury Accommodations for our next stay. Carolyn was a fantastic host, answering all of our questions promptly via text and keeping us well informed prior to and throughout the stay. Everyone had an absolutely fabulous time at this beautiful 2-story house. There was more than enough room at this spacious six-bedroom house for our entire family of 14 (plus 1 cat) to comfortably stay. The property had a fantastic view of beautiful Anna Maria beach and provided everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks, bikes and kitchen utensils and supplies. The pool area had more than enough comfortable lounge chairs and the spa and amazing covered bar area were perfect for everyone to gather and chill after spending a great day at the beach, fishing, kayaking or tooling around town on the two amazing golf carts. We unanimously highly recommend this house. "

"Lovely property. Our 2 bed/2 bath condo was clean, well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The grounds are beautiful with direct beach access. There is a trolley stop on front of the property making travel very convenient. Would definitely book another stay. "
