The only thing that was good about this hotel is the location and decent sized rooms. I was here for 2 nights and the worst was the bad internet and noise from the outside. If you’re going to be out all day and don’t care about internet speed or noise at night then this will be fine.

Great location, but can be noisy at night if you’re facing the street. Rooms were a good size, but very run down and need of repairs. The toilet and toilet brush were filthy, and we didn’t have housekeeping on one of our days. Staff were very helpful. If you’re looking for cheap, and good location would probably still recommend

Great location - a basic hotel with clean rooms a short walk down from Dam square. No breakfast but Starbucks around the corner and cafes 5 mins walk in Spui - we used Cafe Hoppe which opens at 9.00. Very friendly and quick reception manager.

There are no fridges in the rooms, but the lobby lets you keep your stuff in theirs, same with the coffee. The room was nice, but small, and had lots of natural light. It was quiet and in a great location, near all the museums and the red light. Safe area and felt safe in the hotel.

The room was small (couldn't open bathroom door fully, it hit the bed.) But the AC was ice cold and just what was needed in the heatwave. Staff was very helpful and friendly. No fridge in room, but there is a community fridge by the front desk to put things in. Elevator was working, location was pretty nice and central for us. No parking on site but a parking garage across the street for 90 euro per day, or a valet service through a separate company for 45 euro per day if they have availability.

I enjoyed my stay in the OZO Cordial. The lobby & common areas of the hotel were clean daily &, despite the apparent age of the carpets in the building it's obvious they try to maintain the place. That being fair, the floors throughout are very creaky & the walls are thin. (The guy in the next room was coughing & I could hear it as of we were in the same room.) Also, I complained about potential allergy issues after the first night of staying in the hotel. I was not sure if it was from animal hair (not sure if pets are allowed in the rooms) or black mold (there were a few patches of it). However, the cleaning staff was in tbt room cleaning it, including replacing all towels every single day afterwards without my needing to ask & no matter for late I left the room. That was a wonderful accommodation.

Location- Amazing Cleanliness- We would have preferred it a little bit cleaner in regards to towels and beds, but this was not off putting just something minor. Staff- amazing really helpful and chatty at the reception :) Shops nearby- LOADSSSS!

This is a great location step right on to the main drag with metro and bus only steps away. This is a hotel where you just go to sleep, not big rooms where you could sit and have a coffee ans they are dated, the elevator is broken so lots of steps for yourself and staff which means bedding and towels tend to be left in rhe corners of the hallways. I was not in Amsterdam for the hotel, so like I said a good hotel to sleep at.
