The hotel looks nice at first glance, but overall it’s not worth the money. It was hard to find, and once we arrived, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the room had a musty smell, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned. For a place that claims to be 4 stars, it really doesn’t live up to that standard. It’s decent enough in appearance, but the lack of cleanliness makes it unenjoyable. Definitely overpriced for what you get. You’re better off spending your money on a proper 4-star hotel elsewhere.

Property conveniently located within walking diatance from trams. Needs more TLC within the units. Went with another couple and couldnt get AC to work, and shower drains were backed up overflowing in both rooms. Can be better if maintenance is improved.

The location was good, the room was average (no smart TV) and although nicely decorated, some of the wallpaper was peeling off the walls ever so slightly. The shower controls were not quite working too, with the controls turning themselves from cold to hot. However the staff were very, very helpful and did give me good recommendations for food etc and the room was cleaned daily. It's in a nice spot a short walk from the Rijksmuseum and away from the very busy city centre which I appreciated.

Loved my stay here. Small unit, but had all the amenities I needed. The stocked mini fridge was a very nice touch. I’d stay here again for sure, depending on price of course.

Great stay

This was is a great base for exploring the sites in Amsterdam. Close to transport links. Staff were very friendly. The only minor points are the hotel is not clearly signposted and is located in a multi use building. Also room was cold at times to air flowing through air conditioning vent. Also room decor needs slight improvement.

Decent hotel with excellent location

I would rate this as a three star hotel. The location is perfect but there was quite a bit of street noice. Staff was very nice. The room was clean but quite small and dark. Nice with free coffee and tea at the reception.

Comfortable, cozy stay!

My single room was tiny, yet modern. Check-in went smoothly - I love that there's a small lounge at reception with free coffee (espresso drinks!), fruit, and mini-stroopwafels. Good location too - felt safe. Highly recommended for travelers on a budget!

Friendly and helpful staff, room amazing and little extras as they’d put balloons and drinks in our room as I’d mentioned my husband’s birthday. Totally accessible as my husband uses mobility scooter. Room easy to get to, beautifully decorated and warm. Perfect stay with perfect staff

Wonderful small and clean hotel well located

Very pleasant hotel in spacious room, with good rainfall shower and very clean. Free fruit in reception. One stop from Leidplein and stone's throw from a canal. Very happy with this find.

The hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful and resourceful. The property is shared with multiple businesses so it can be hard to navigate as an international solo traveler but I was very appreciative of the front desk for being so accommodating. Thank you!
