cozy clean accommodations with friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and GREAT location. 2 minute walk from airport shuttle, 5 minute walk from museums, helpful luggage storage … couldn’t be happier with this place! love the cool colour changing lights in the pods it’s like sleeping in a little clubhouse

We really appreciated the front staff. The 2 we spoke with were both really helpful and knew their city well. You need to know what you are getting with a capsule hotel. It was a cool experience, like sleeping in a treehouse. Great short term accommodation.

It was okay, but the fire alarm was turned on at 4 am, and turned of right after, like 5 minutes or so after, so everybodys sleep was disruptedz but the hotel to that Price what suprisingly well

People are super friendly...the girls were so nice and pretty and smiling all the time and very kind when I asked for directions and opinions about places to visit...if I ever go back to Amsterdam this is definitely where Im staying... the beds are very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean too... My partner and I's trip to Amsterdam started off really poorly and we essentially were left stranded after having a previous hotel cancel our reservation before arrival. Thankfully we found De Bedstee and it really made our trip feel so much better. We were instantly welcomed by the kind receptionist. It was such a lovely vibe, the guests are all really kind and the staff is always there to help you 24/7. I highly recommend this place just for how welcoming it is and the great location! Thank you for making our stay in Amsterdam turn into such a memorable experience!

Overall had a good experience however while we were away the room was cleaned, and our stuff was re-arranged when we came back which felt a bit invasive. Nothing was missing but we also didn't leave valuables behind because the room wasn't very secure in general (easy to break in). They did have cameras and staff around constantly so it didn't feel shady or anything. It would be nice to have the option to put a 'Do not Disturb' hanger on the door so that no one could go in during the day.

It was very quiet - guests were respectful and I didn’t hear anything from inside the pod (although they aren’t sound proof). Before staying I was concerned with privacy, but the toilets were individual rooms with doors, the showers as well, and both were pretty clean. The pod itself was fairly clean but a decorative pillow placed on the bed was evidently not cleaned regularly. It had hair on it. If you are backpacking and want to meet people, this is not the place. The common areas were not used very much, I didn’t meet anyone. Front desk staff were kind and knowledgeable
