The Bathroom could be slightly more modern compared to the rooms but it was clean and fine. Would definitely go back to this hotel. "

"Very nice front desk people, also 24 hour front desk. Our room had a little private balcony which is nice (I think all do) pool was nice (open til 7 pm) . Parking on street was regular trying to find a spot but they have a private lot also but about 10-15 spots. About 5 min drive from airport and 5-10 min drive to the fortress/downtown. "We usually don't do all-inclusive holidays, so this was our first experience in a long time, and we were thoroughly impressed. The resort exceeded our expectations, providing a clean and spacious beach with plenty of free loungers and a great selection of water sports. The four pools were well-maintained, with friendly staff at the pool bar enhancing our enjoyment.

Dining options were excellent, with an Italian restaurant open for dinner by reservation and the Taverna available for both lunch and dinner. The Taverna's Sunday barbecue featuring delicious grilled meats was a highlight. The main restaurant offered a fantastic variety of Cretan and international cuisine.
The spa services, including a facial and massage, were wonderful, and Erica was especially helpful in providing treatment information.
The general manager was frequently visible, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and improvement.
Right outside the resort, we found numerous shops and restaurants, creating a friendly atmosphere. We also enjoyed a well-organized trip to Heraklion and the Palace of Knossos, complete with earpieces to hear our knowledgeable guide.
Overall, Agapi Beach Resort feels like a little village, perfect for families and those seeking a relaxing getaway. We left with great memories and a desire to return."
