"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop pool is perfect after a hot day. For real, the staff welcome you with a cold drink and a cloth to wipe your hands. We left and came back a few times while we did excursions to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and they welcomed us back each time. On our last day they lined up by the car and waved bye. It was such a wonderful experience. "

"The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a gap of several hours between getting back from the Ha Long Bay cruise and catching the overnights train. The hotel staff let us store our luggage even though we were no longer staying at the hotel. "

"The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and modern. The location was very central. Would definitely stay there again. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the pool is in the basement and it’s a bit cavernous. My room did not have a window, which I’ve never experienced before. Overall lived my stay."

"The hotel is very well appointed and starting with a beautiful lobby to very comfortable guest rooms. All the staff are excellent and can’t do enough to make sure you are looked after. They are so friendly providing a high level of service. The sauna, pool and rooftop bar were an excellent way to end a hectic day in Hanoi!"

"My room was clean,there wasn't any water placed in my room,however on check out I was asked to pay for using 3 bottles of water that I didn't consume. However I didn't pay as I explained there wasnt any bottled water there. The staff except for Ruby are well below average. Ruby went Above and Beyond to ensure my transport and safety needs were maintained throughout my stay in Vietnam. The area outside the hotel is safe,walkable and lots of shopping and dinning options. "
