"If you are looking for a secluded beach that you can walk barefoot to, look no further & book this home!! My family stayed 7 nights in June and we MIGHT have seen 5 families set up on the beach at the same time… as far as our eyes could see ….BOTH directions. This beachfront home is close to the water so it made it easy to transport all of the things needed for a great beach day. The bathroom, enclosed shower, & washer/dryer on the lower deck were all utilized, convenient, and helpful.This home was perfect for my family as the 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms were across the hall from each other so 2 families have their own private areas. The loft was great for our child to sleep. Pet friendly is a deal breaker for us so we are thankful our older 6 pound yorkie could tag along. My family had dinner at 4 local restaurants that were within 15 minutes of the home. It was so nice not having to drive very far out of the way for great meals. Dollar General is also 10-15 minutes away to pick up any last minute needs.The outside decks (photos of left & right views of both upper and lower are attached) are the showcase to this home! Both make for amazing photos anytime of day, but especially at sunset without even having to get back on the sand. The owners were prompt with communication & eager to address any issues to make our stay the best it could be. If we make it back to Alligator Point, we would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The Fritz Carlton is the ABSOLOUTE Best place to stay at in Allligator Point! You couldnt ask for a better host than Adam. He has always made sure the rental house has everything we need to enjoy our stay and the house is super clean as always, This makes our 4th year staying at the Fritz House and we love the nice sitting area in the back yard looking at the beautiful waters of the bay and the fenced in area in the front yard for our pets which is a plus for us. We just love the laid back life that this little area has to offer with some of the Best local Seafood around! Our favorite places to eat in the area are the Tropical Trader, Angleos, Poseys and The SeinYard. The views of the Bay behind the house are Breathtaking and the fishing there is wonderful too! Thats a favorite for my Husband and son who enjoys catching the Redfish each year. If your looking for a wonderful place with wonderful views and close to everything this is the place to stay. I cant say enough about this host and his hard work to make our vacation a wonderful trip each year we return. Thanks for Everything!Sincerely,The Boggs Family2026"

"Host was very friendly and responsive. The place was charming with a lot of accessories and fun beach equipment. Nothing nearby. It was very secluded, just what we wanted. However, there were other renters next to us, so it was not entirely secluded. Had a wonderful relaxing time."
