"This home was lovely and well appointed with plenty of space for our family of four and we think our dog had the most fun! He chased the shore birds and frolicked in the surf with his tongue lolling out, smiling as only a dog can smile. We were all smiles, seeing dolphin nearly every day so bull shark, which was very exciting. Thankfully, we were not in the water. This is a great home to hear the ocean see it and have a relaxing time where you see more wildlife than people there were two bald eagles we saw quite frequently! I wish it had direct access to the beach, but it’s a very easy stroll to get to the sand. "

"Our second stay here and another wonderful experience. They provided everything we needed and then some. We loved sitting out on the screened in porch looking at the Gulf. The house is spotless with plenty of sitting area and the TV has every channel imaginable.The Host was responsive to all of our questions.You can't go wrong staying here! "

"Loved, loved, loved this place. It was the most inviting rental we have ever walked into. The place was clean, the lights were on, the AC was on, we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The view from the large bayside deck was incredible. My wife and I are "bird nerds" - we saw 27 different species of birds sitting with a drink in our hand on this deck. Over 100 species exploring the areas during our week's stay. For the money, it is ABSOLUTELY the best deal in the Alligator Point area. Plenty of places in this area to eat too, but I have to put in a plug for Tropical Trader. It is just ten minutes away and the best shrimp tacos on the Forgotten Coast! We ate there five of the seven days we were here. Highly recommend this property and this host. Thank you Adam!"

"We had a great stay at this house! It was everything in the description and more. At high tide this house sits on the edge of the ocean. The views and the beach were beautiful, so much wildlife to see. We walked all the way to the north point, which is part of Bald Point State Park and never saw any other people. It was quite and relaxing which is exactly what we were hoping for. It worked out great with our dog too, he made friends with the other few dogs that were there. We love that it is a pet friendly beach! Nick, the owner made it simple and easy to stay. We loved sitting under the shade of the palm trees with the ocean waves only feet away. Its a little bit wilder than a place like Panama City, but in the best way. We loved our stay!"
