This was by far one of my most peaceful getaways, i book mini getaways very often due to the stress and nature of my job , Panacea motel was by far exceptional ! check in was super easy and they allow you to have a peace of mind by giving you space! everything was completed and i was in and out without even having to check in or out , They give you the space and resources to be self sufficient during your stay without need of any help, will definitely be booking again !!

I was visiting a friend who lives 15 minutes away so this place was perfect for the time Ispent in the room. It was a good value and right off the coastal highway.

I did not like the concrete business right next door to the property. The cement trucks were very noisy and unsightly and took away any ambiance this little hotel offers. The location is convenient and the restaurant down the road (Tropical Trader Shrimp Co.) has the best shrimp tacos I've ever had. The hotel itself was clean, cute and comfy!

The staff went out of the way to be helpful. When we initially had an issue with the keypad, they answered the call promptly & had an easy solution. They furnished towels when we requested extras, and were just as nice as anyone could be. The room was very clean, had everything we needed. Bed was soft and the retro vibes were so very cute. This is a refurbished old motel that has new life as a little boutique air b and b. I loved it.

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient to many state parks and public beach areas. The only negative was that there were no kayaks for us to use as was stated in the property description and confirmation emails. If you stay, be sure to try out Posey's Seafood across the street - it was amazing!

The room was set up like an efficiency apt. Cute, very clean, quiet, and the room has every thing needed to have your own food and deink without going out to eat for every meal. There were a xouple of minor issues, but the managemt took care of my issues. Jennifer needs a raise as she is doing a 2 person job by herself. Without her there would be a quality vs. quanity issue. I would definitely stay here again.
