"I booked the hotel Duval through Hotels.com. When I went to check in, they said that my reservation did not exist in their system. Through several hours of trying to accommodate us, they were able to find the reservation and although we asked for a room with two queen beds they gave us two separate rooms with a queen bed in each overall, this situation was very stressful, but they managed to do what they could do and provide us with great customer service in the end "

"The property is undergoing a renovation which caused a few minor hiccups but the professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff made up for any slight inconvenience! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail reception in their new patio area.
