"We loved the hotel and location. Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. Pool area isn’t big enough for the hotel so summer time probably will be a problem to get a place as it does get busy. We thought it’s was adults only hotel but it’s not the case. Pool isn’t not big enough for children to have fun. Also pool is not heated and most of...

"It was very nice experience in Alicante. Location of the apartment was great to walk everywhere. Also you have everything in the apartment, new, clean and spacious. Just weekend, there's few bars on the same street and noisy until 5~6am. But this is part of Spanish culture..!? I guess... Anyway we want to stay this apartment again!! Thanks!"

"We were impressed by Jamie’s Customer Service. It’s a receptionist who would always welcoming you with a smile even he is super busy and the only one at the reception! Apartamentos Carmen

"We’ve stayed here before, and the property looked dirtier and worn down. The water heater is enough for 1 shower, so lots of cold showers and fights to be first in the shower! Easy communication with the property. The terrace is the treasure of this place!"
Apartamentos Carmen

Hotel Maya
3.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (1000)
"The room was lovely and clean with a nice big TV. Kettle available for the room at reception which is great as I love a cup of tea. Breakfast brilliant, great choice and wine also. Only fault was the loud drilling and banging from building works below our room which on some days started as early as 8am . I feel we should have been made aware of this building work prior to booking and rooms on the floors above should not be used as this was very loud and woke us up. Staff polite and friendly...
