I only gave 4 stars because the property is a little old, and the room was very basic, so not quite 5 star, but they don’t change 5 star prices! The hotel is in a great location, there are hundreds of great restaurants and shops, the beach is walking distance, I highly recommend this property!

We couldn’t fault our stay in Alicante. The room felt fresh and modern, as if it had only recently been refurbished, and it was spotlessly clean throughout. The bathroom was a real highlight, with lovely, well-kept washing facilities. The location is excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away, so it’s ideal for evenings out. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

Great Hotel in a great location. The property has NO parking, if you need to park your car like me need to walk 1/4 of a miles. NO place to unload your luggage. You will be in the street and the wonderful Police Officer will scream at you for parking on the street like he did to me. NO baggage handler,

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is perfectly located for both sightseeing within Alicante but also for using public transport to and from the airport and visiting towns close by. Our room was ideal for a short city break with a little balcony looking down on the street and they must have excellent double glazing as you barely hear a sound. The rooms are simply decorated but have modern bathrooms and are spotlessly clean . We loved the little extra touches like the complimentary slippers and a mini fridge that was restocked with beer, water and soft drinks allowing us a free drink each per night. The hotel is manned 24hrs and the staff are lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Mendez Nunez. The hotel was located very centrally and was great for getting to the restaurants in old town, the beach and the excursions we booked from the marina. We were able to check in late past 12am which was super useful for us. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The property and room were very clean and well maintained, and our room was cleaned daily which was great. Bathroom was large and modern, and included plenty of towels and shower gel; bed was comfy and huge; and room had a smart tv and air conditioning. They also gifted us 2 drinks from the minibar each day which was lovely. On our departure, it was near to a C6 bus stop for getting back to the airport. Overall a perfect stay!

Small Spanish hotel. There is no bar or restaurant with this hotel, it's literally just reception and the rooms. However it's very well located with bars, restaurants and cafes very close by. The location was amazing, just a few mins walk to the water front or the old town. The room was modern and very comfortable. I had the best nights sleep in ages! The staff were very helpful and friendly
