"Pros: We chose Villa Lizo to celebrate our parents 80th birthdays. 12 of us comfortably stayed in the villa and apartment. There are plenty of sun beds and shade if you want it. "The villa was in a good location ,it had excellent facilities including a lovely pool,air con and wifi.It was clean and tidy with ample space inside and out.We found it difficult to contact the host to make arrangements,he did not meet us on arrival ,the pool man let us in.Therefore we could not hand in our deposit or rent beach towels and there were no instructions on things like wifi.The same checking out,no one ther and no instructions so left keys in plant pot where we found them!!!"

"Room clean and comfortable excellent for an overnight staff when flying early from Alicante. Staff knowledgeable about the area and very informative about the hotel. Breakfast is continental, we didn’t eat as had a really early flight. Lots of shops near by but need a car, we will certainly staff again."

"A great hotel in the heart of the city, a stones throw away from the beach and a short walk to the most of the best places in the city. The room was exactly what was needed, however I did have a few issues with the AC and the over head fan, there was no rhyme or reason if and how it was going to word, sometimes the AC would would turn on, sometimes the the over head fan would turn on and sometimes neither would work. Not the best when the external temp was hitting 35+. Also one of the reason why I wanted to use this hotel over others was that it had a pool, however on arrival it wasn't made clear that the room I had booked didn't grant me pool access, which was a bit of a downer, but sea was warm enough to swim in without any issues, just had to deal with bringing sand back to the hotel every time I went for a swim. The staff were amazingly friendly, and for somebody with limited at best Spanish having somebody who could speak English was a big help. Also as far as I could see everything was disabled friendly too, Lift into lobby, then lift up to rooms. I would stay again :)"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very stylish and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is a bit small but it is good for a cardio workout and maintaining your routine while on holiday. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to tram and buses and you can explore Alicante very easily on foot as well. We were able to leave our luggage in a locker before checking in and after checking out as well which was very convenient. We highly recommend it. Thank you!"
