"Call the hotel before you get there. Street is blocked by a post that they can control. They press a remote button and the post sinks in the ground so you can drive up and unload bags. They have a parking garage on the same street. Use it. Nowhere else to park. This was the only confusing part. Hotel is just around the corner at the end of the street."

"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"What a beautiful place to stay in a cute little town away from the crowds. We stayed here for one night of relaxation after a crazy 3 week jaunt around Europe and the quiet was so welcomed. The town is QUIET (we felt like we were the only people there at times) but gorgeous, and the hotel cannot be faulted. The staff were super friendly on arrival making us feel immediately welcomed. "We didn’t get to stay in this property, so impossible to review , we were moved to another hotel in the group , because of low occupancy, however on our first night we were the only people in the new hotel everything shut bar restaurant and front door at 4pm , we were alone all night . , not happy , I also booked Palu Verde as an adults only , , the new hotel was not and didn’t want children around , if I did I wouldn’t have requested an adult only hotel , I called Expedia the next day and...
