"Very nice house with everything we needed. Enough bedlinnen, towels etc. The wasmachine broke down and Gitte, who is a great lovely host, arranged immediately a new one. Orihuela is great, shopping, bars and a beach especially for dogs. The only thing that we would have like to know is that (in winter) there is no sun in the treaded of the house."

"Very clean villa in a quiet gated community. Very modern with a large outside patio area containing dining table and sunbeds. Close to the swimming pool. 30 minute walk to nearest restaurants. It is phase 2 of the de elopement so sat nav took us to the wrong location. Ask for a map as once you know where it is, it is easy to find."

"The villa is absolutely amazing has everything you could possibly ask for!! The location is a bit far out and taxis are difficult to get in Santa Pola we would recommend hiring a car. With a large group we managed with online grocery deliveries. Only suggestion we would have is a handbook for guidance with where to go for groceries/ restaurants/what to see in Santa Pola. "We stayed for 1 week in October 2023 and were impressed with this villas contemporary features. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to choose from and we found it spotless. It took half an hour to walk to the Arenal but it was on the flat so that was ok. Every detail is taken care of and there was some lovely solar lights and candle holders which added to the ambience. Swimming pool open down the road between May and September and a good size and a lovely beach a 10-15 min walk down a steep hill. "Great communication leading up to our holiday with host. Richard is very accommodating. Location is fine for an older family group. Just not lively enough for the 16-25 age group. Beach a short bus trip away. Air conditioning in all rooms which was essential. We had a very pleasant fortnight."
