Dear Heather, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your stay. Please accept my apologies that you left feeling disappointed with the service you received. The Osmond Motel & Apartments is located on Glen Osmond Road, due to this being a main highway there is some noise to be expected that I am sure you would understand is beyond our control. Nevertheless, had you contacted us we would have been able to address the issue right away, if possible we would have moved you to a quieter room. The room you booked was a Motel room, our Motel rooms do not have a kitchen, they have tea and coffee making facilities and a bar fridge. Our apartments are fully self contained with a full kitchen. We appreciate you sharing your experience and apologise again for the inconvenience. All guests have different expectations, we are sorry if we failed to meet yours. Kind regards, Management
