Staff were excellent. Location excellent across the road from Tram, Train and Casino. Occasionally 1-2 Lifts were out of service, due to the building construction going on. Spa bath didn’t work in the room. Instructions should be provided for thr washing machine/dryer combo.

Comfortable Apartment in a great location.

Lovely welcome, helpful staff when our key wouldn't work a few time and fixed the problem. The pool and spa was great to unwind after busy sightseeing and loved the view from the balcony. Central location and a great pub a few steps away.

We had a good stay, although one disappointment was the cold spa/hot tub - especially as the pool is very cool (which is inside so you have the impression that it is suitable all year round). Convenient location, friendly staff.
